Meet Laura
A little about Laura...
Laura Koneval knows the art of the deal; from the competitive world of medical devices to real estate sales, she negotiated $200+ million dollars in sales over a 25-year career. Her Midwest background instilled values for hard work, respect and building trust. These traits, combined with keen negotiation skills, helped her win President’s Club year over year.
Laura is passionate about real estate and as a 25-year-old, she renovated the first of eight homes in 15 years, realizing substantial profits with each; rental properties, Sheriff auctions, short sales and luxury homes. Laura provides concierge service, she advises on family homes to commercial investments and makes her clients at ease during one of life’s most stressful times.
Laura has lived in California for 20 years, with the past 16 in San Clemente. Her heart lies with her family, friends and clients. The coastal markets in Southern Orange County are her specialty (San Clemente, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano), but she works in all of Southern California with an extensive network to support her efforts. She graduated cum-laude in Business Communications from Baldwin-Wallace College and is a Broker Associate.
